

Biography
Ron Schaffer is an Americana singer-songwriter, who has traveled, performed & received radio airplay all over the world. - To date he has performed in over 50 countries from Rio De Janiero, Brazil to Istanbul, Turkey.
Taking inspiration from his extensive travels, Ron writes and performs
"songs from the heart... for the open road."
Ron began his artistic career as a young boy when he started writing poetry, playing the piano & taking guitar lessons. At seventeen he was inspired to "relearn" the guitar.
It was not long thereafter that he embarked upon his professional music career in Chico, CA in '91 - writing original music for several rock bands including Pilgrim Simpleton, Usal Road, Free Beer, and The Mood.
He then moved on to Los Angeles where he produced & recorded several albums.
Ron has four CDs to his credit:
- "The Peace Butlers"
- "Traveler" - his second and thus far most successful album.
- "Still Traveling"
- "Songwriter's Collection: Volume 1" - his latest album released at the end of 2008 & produced by Cousin B.
Ron now resides in Las Vegas, NV.
